Yoga classes are an alignment based and are great for students from complete beginners to more experienced students. These yoga classes work your body and help your mind to quieten. They are based on a balance of building your stability, strength and flexibility.  

Pregnancy Yoga classes are great for pregnant ladies from 12 weeks onwards. These classes build a community of women who can feel empowered and strong during this beautiful time of their lives. Pregnancy Yoga classes allow women to connect to their bodies, their breath and their babies.

One-to-One & Corporate Classes

Private and corporate classes are also available if you wish to learn on one-to-one basis or introduce yoga to your workplace and dwell deeper into your yoga practice at the comfort of your own home or at your workplace. Do get in touch for more information.

Steady & Grounded

I am presenting a course of 4 classes integrating the use of exquisite dōTERRA essential oils, yoga practice, meditation and Yoga Nidra to allow you to reset your mind, body and find practices to support you and your wellbeing.

You will receive four essential oils that we will use each week and learn more about these wonderful plant gifts. We will incorporate the oils into our practice and you will receive ideas how to create new rituals with essential oils.
